App Description

Eclipse is a PDF reader application for iOS that provides dark mode reading, highlighting, and bookmarking features.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Eclipse offers the following in-app purchase options:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings.

Free Features

Free users can add unlimited PDF documents, read unlimited pages, and use Pure Dark reading mode.

Premium Features

Premium subscribers gain access to: Warm Dark theme, Sepia theme, highlighting and drawing tools, and bookmarks.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within Eclipse is the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its components.

Limitation of Liability

Eclipse is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damage arising from the use of the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use.

Apple's Standard EULA

This app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
